Dune III

I took on the challenge of conceptualizing the introduction and title sequence for Dune III, drawing from the rich lore and intricate political themes of the franchise. A key element of my approach was reimagining the title itself—flipping the “E” in Dune to form a stylized “3,” seamlessly integrating the sequel’s numbering into the typography for a cohesive and intentional visual identity.

To elevate the cinematic impact, I employed compositing and VFX techniques to create a dynamic glass smash effect, symbolizing the fragmentation of power and the intense conflict at the heart of the narrative. By blending epic desert landscapes with intricate visual storytelling, I crafted an immersive opening sequence that sets the stage for the unfolding drama of Dune III.
